In June 2018, Guotai group controlled TuoHong NewMaterials Co., Ltd. by means of capital increase, and now it is one holding subsidiary of Jiangxi Guotai Group Co., Ltd., which is the listed state-owned enterprises (stock code:603977).

After completion and operation, the product variety of SanShi is expected to extend to a variety of high-purity oxides.
